Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Acting as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, you'll help manage HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance review processes, and company policies.

You’ll manage the delivery of energy efficiency and sustainability projects from kick-off through to completion. This role is client-facing and involves coordinating engineers, installers, and external contractors to ensure projects are delivered smoothly. You’ll keep work on track, remove blockers, and ensure high-quality outcomes for customers.
