Project Co-ordinator

The Role:

As a Project Co-ordinator at Watt Footprint, you will support the delivery of energy efficiency and sustainability projects by ensuring all administrative, technical, and compliance requirements are handled accurately and on time. You’ll play a central role within the Projects team, helping move projects from approval through to grant claim and close-out.

This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of SEAI processes who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with structured documentation. You’ll be responsible for managing claim workbooks, checking technical details, and supporting engineers and project managers to ensure projects meet SEAI and internal quality standards.

You’ll have clear ownership of your workload and will be trusted to run multiple project files in parallel. As the business grows, there is strong potential for this role to develop into a more senior coordination or project delivery position.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage SEAI grant claim workbooks and supporting documentation from project start through to submission.

  • Review and validate technical information (specs, drawings, invoices, photos, commissioning certs, etc.) for accuracy and completeness.

  • Coordinate with engineers, installers, and contractors to gather required technical and compliance information.

  • Track project documentation status and flag any gaps or risks early.

  • Maintain accurate project records within internal systems.

  • Support Project Managers with scheduling, documentation, and client communications.

  • Ensure projects comply with SEAI programme rules and Watt Footprint quality standards.

  • Assist in improving templates, checklists, and internal project processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and structured templates.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once.

  • Confident communicator with internal teams and external partners.

  • Previous experience working with SEAI grants or similar energy efficiency schemes is highly desirable in thos role
