Annual Watt Footprint Summer Camp 2025 took place in Dunfanaghy, County Donegal

At Watt Footprint, connection is a cornerstone of how we operate, even when much of our collaboration happens remotely. We know that a great team is built on trust, shared purpose, and the chance to truly connect beyond the day-to-day tasks.

To keep that spirit alive, we make it a priority to come together regularly. Every month, our team meets in person for focused training sessions, which is an opportunity to share knowledge, sharpen skills, and align on our goals. But once a year, we take things a step further with something truly special: our annual Summer Camp.

Summer Camp is three days dedicated entirely to our people: it is a chance to step away from screens, break out of our usual routines, and immerse ourselves in a mix of culture-building, collaboration, and creativity. It’s where ideas flow more freely, new perspectives emerge, and the bonds between us grow even stronger.

This year, we traded the bustle of the city for the stunning scenery of Donegal. Set against a rugged coastline and peaceful landscapes, the change of pace was as refreshing as it was inspiring. Mornings were filled with strategy sessions that sparked thoughtful discussions about where we’re headed as a company. Afternoons gave way to hands-on activities, team challenges, and plenty of opportunities to laugh, unwind, and get to know each other in new ways. From saunas to music sessions, it was a week to remember.

A massive thank you to Corcreggan Mill for being the perfect host, and to every single Watt Wattcher who brought their own footprint to the week. Investing in our people is the best investment we can make, and Summer Camp 2025 was proof of just how much that pays off.
